Isaac White
Isaac started Alpha & Omega Construction at just 18 years old with a strong work ethic and a desire to build something of his own. More than 20 years later, Alpha & Omega has grown into a family-owned and operated company serving homeowners throughout the Jackson area. Isaac remains involved in the day-to-day business, from meeting with customers and overseeing projects to leading the team. He takes pride in quality craftsmanship, treating people right, and building a company his family and team can be proud of.

Dawn White
Dawn helps keep the financial side of Alpha & Omega Construction running smoothly. As CFO, she handles the company’s finances, bookkeeping, and many of the behind-the-scenes details that help keep the business on track. Dawn has played an important role in Alpha & Omega’s growth over the years and continues to help keep everything organized and moving in the right direction.

Office ManagerEthan Vincent
Ethan plays a big role in taking projects from an idea on paper to a plan our crews can put into action. He works closely with customers on estimates and project details, coordinates scheduling, and helps make sure the office and crews stay on the same page. Once a project is under contract, Ethan is one of the main people our customers will hear from as he works with them on scheduling and keeps them updated as their project gets closer. With plenty happening behind the scenes on every project, Ethan helps keep all the moving pieces organized from beginning to end.
Jenna White
Jenna handles the marketing and social media for Alpha & Omega while also helping with the day-to-day needs around the office and shop. From creating content and connecting with customers to ordering materials, running errands, and helping wherever needed, she wears many hats and helps keep things moving behind the scenes.

Daniel has been part of Alpha & Omega since day one, working alongside Isaac from the very beginning. Over the years, he has grown with the company and gained hands-on experience across countless projects. Today, he leads our exterior crew, taking on everything from decks and siding to additions and major exterior transformations.

Matthew leads our interior crew and brings years of hands-on experience to each project he takes on. From kitchens and bathrooms to basements and other interior remodels, he works closely with his crew to turn each space into something our homeowners can enjoy for years to come. His attention to detail and experience make him an important part of the Alpha & Omega team.
Thad Hitt
Thad has been a part of the Alpha & Omega Construction team for over a decade and has become an important part of our exterior crew. Working alongside Daniel as his right-hand man, Thad brings years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic to every project. From decks and siding to additions and other exterior projects, he’s always ready to jump in and get the job done right. After more than 10 years with Alpha & Omega, Thad is a familiar and trusted part of our team!

Wyeth has been a part of the Alpha & Omega Construction team for several years and has proven himself to be dependable, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand wherever he’s needed. Worth has been part of the Alpha & Omega team for quite awhile now and is one of those guys we can count on wherever he’s needed. As our go-to mechanic, he helps keep our trucks, trailers, and equipment running smoothly, but you’ll also find him out on the jobsite working alongside the interior crew. Whether he’s fixing something in the shop or lending a hand on a project, Worth brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to get the job done.
Jason White
Jason has grown up around Alpha & Omega Construction and started helping out at a young age with small jobs around the office and shop. Over the years, he’s worked his way into becoming a dependable member of the crew and has developed a genuine love for construction. Whether he’s working on the jobsite or helping out around the shop, Jason brings a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Josiah has grown up around Alpha & Omega Construction and has been helping out with the family business from a young age. Today, he works alongside both our interior and exterior crews, jumping in wherever an extra hand is needed. Josiah is dependable, teachable, and always willing to learn something new as he continues gaining experience in the construction industry.
